A key to a healthy life
People all over the world are trying hard to have a healthy life by balancing their meals but it is not the only way to have a healthy life. In this essay I am going to discuss about the other keys to have a healthy life and why I disagree with the statement.
First of all, people have to balance their food wether it is healthy or not otherwise they will be fat. Second, doing exercises is very important to a healthy life even if you eat a lot of junk food because if you go to the gym or you do some exercises like running or walking in a place like Cornish you will burn a lot of calories. Third, try to avoid stress at work, smoking and drinking a lot of coffee because it is not healthy. Finally, people should sleep at least 8 to 10 hours a day to help getting away from stress and to keep your body relaxed and ready for work.
In conclusion, I would say that eating balanced meals is not the only key to have a healthy life because there are a lot of things that will be in your way if you don’t do it such as exercises, sleep and relaxing your body and avoid smoking and drinking a lot of coffee.
